Payment & Currency
Payment Methods: We accept payments exclusively via PayPal, the most trusted and secure global payment system. You can pay using your PayPal balance or any major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
Currency & Conversion: All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (EUR). However, you can easily pay in US Dollars (USD) or any other currency. PayPal or your bank will automatically handle the conversion to Euros at their current exchange rate during checkout. No manual calculation is required.
Security & Confidentiality: Your financial safety is our priority. We never see or store your card details or PayPal credentials on our servers. All personal data (name, address, email) is used strictly for shipping purposes and remains 100% confidential.
Production & Shipping Policy
Production Time (Handcrafted Quality): Our products are high-detail, handcrafted miniature upgrades. Due to the extreme level of manual labor and precision required for each set, the production time is approximately 30 days (1 month) before the order is dispatched. We appreciate your patience—quality craftsmanship takes time.
Shipping Schedule: Due to the complex global logistical situation, we do not have a fixed shipping schedule. Orders are dispatched as soon as they pass quality control.
International Delivery: Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 weeks depending on your location and local customs processing.
Tracking: Every order is assigned a tracking number once dispatched. You can track your parcel via 17Track or your national postal service website.
